Amazing hotel. Honestly so beautiful, had my wedding in the outdoor area and was decorated just how we had asked Jasmine and Courtney were so helpful before during and after our stay with them making sure everything ran smoothly. After having our wedding donut tower not turn up Courtney spoke to the owner and got us a replacement Krispy cream tower. Was so nice of them to do this for us. Would happily stay there again. Thanks again to all the team at casa for making our day special. Food & drinks: Food was to die for! I personally had the carbonara and it was so nice and creamy. The food for the actual wedding was amazing and seemed like everyone enjoyed it.

Read to the manager's response at the end. I rest my case. Very unpleasant very patronising very unforgiving and yes making money out of people's mistakes. They charged me double for a room and then the manager gave me a patronizing lecture. The heating was on all night and I couldn't switch it off and everything was very sparse. I have no words. This was an important wedding and I was si upset and didappointed Also this is probably how they make their money from old age pensioners (like nyself) who don't know how to use their phones.Nothing was said on the day we booked in and we were told that the other bookings had been cancelled!! All in all the part which hurt the most (apart from paying 166 for one night) was the patronizing unpleasantness of the manager.

Really good accessible bathroom and good space in the room for the wheelchair. Expensive at £100 for each room as the hotel is really dated. Had a bath and the shower kept dripping then turned the shower on to rinse off and the water went everywhere except on my body!! Had room service calamari and bread assortment with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. The bread was tough, the calamari was unseasoned and cold. The lift is awful, my daughter has cerebral palsy and was terrified of it. It made a lot of noise and shuddered a lot but, with the age of the hotel we were lucky it was there!
