The Carpet store was recommended to me by my sister, we went to the shop on Saturday and was looked after by Tony, who was very good & within 30 minutes I had ordered my carpet and had my delivery / fitting day all arrange for today. Excellent service from start to finish and we are so happy with our new carpet We will be definitely be using them again.

I ordered floor covering for my bathroom, gave dimensions and for the floorboard affect to be running longs ways of the largest dimension. Went to the shop 3 days later to collect it at the time they said it would arrive. The employee Callum after checking for sometime said , oh sorry I forgot to order it , come back in 5 days , I gave them my full address and said they would deliver it . They came a a day earlier with no prior notice and got the address wrong . I went back to the shop to collect it myself and carried it home . After unrolling it the boards are running the wrong way . It’s not going to fit my bathroom. I’m £180 out of pocket, no offer to fit it for free for forgetting to order it . The person in question seems to not have his mind on the job at all . I’d rather be that much out of pocket than walk in that shop again . I’ve used them before and had black lines going through the carpet, so to has my father, so I’m more annoyed at myself for using them again .. please avoid.

Received good attention by Joe and Clay on various visits to a busy store who suggested appropriate carpet and believed my measurements. Fitter Pete arrived early to heft weighty carpet and underlay, remove door for me to trim (he offered but I prefer to do my own damage), fitted, rehung the door and removed all trimmings and vacuumed. Good work
