Shocking service by young lads, parents explained they didn’t have gripper rods when they placed the order - wasn’t a problem. Lads got there and said “if we don’t get an extra £10 for the gripper rods I’ll walk off the job”. My parents use this company all the time not anymore.

Rubbish quality fittings and customer service, we ordered carpet, underlay with fittings. But their worker left all Rubbish in same place, all carpet prices, all wrappers, everything which is called Rubbish Thrybergh left it on same place, what a disgusting service. Ordered from this company to supply kitchen Lino , god what a mistake that was ! They were suppose to come and rip the old one up the day before the new one was fitted . I sat in all day waiting for them to come and finally rang them at 3pm to see where they was , only to be told “oh we are going to do it all at once tomorrow , sorry we should have phoned you “! Yes I was annoyed but thought right ok . I asked what time tomorrow will they be here due to me waiting in all day for nothing so I could crack on with some things I needed to do . He said your the second job we will be there for 11.30 , well 11.30 came and went , 12 o clock I rang and asked what time will they be here the lady on the phone said “she will give him a ring now and get him to call me with the time “ I said ok . I was sat by my phone for another hour nothing wasn’t happy at all . I drove to the shop and asked for a refund , on which the lady said “ I tried to ring you “ LIE !!! I shown her my calls list nothing , then the two men at the back of her said she did we was here MORE LIES I said give me my money back which there was no problem with at all might I add but the bare faced lie which they all backed up says everything and more just look at the other reviews which I should have done before ordering ! You live and learn utter shocking service stay away and their bare faced liars too !!
