    Excellent service from start to finish from being able to try a large selection of samples at home, selecting our Karndean Van Gogh Golden Brushed Oak, measuring up and through to fitting to our downstairs hallway and study. The guys who prepared our floor and fitted our Karndean over 2 days were excellent and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We are really pleased with our choice and would definitely recommend The Carpet Company to anyone.

    Very good technical and sales information. Very helpful and patient and good prices. I ended up buying some karndean golden brushed oak glue down flooring and a Manhattan taupe carpet for the hall, cloakrom, kitchen, stairs, landing and bathroom. They came on the agreed date for the installation. Really excellent experienced and expert installation team. They have done a fantastic job and the end result looks great, I'm very pleased and will use them for some of my other rooms.

Nigel in the Poundbury store allowed us to take home as many samples of carpet and Karndean flooring that we needed, allowing us to take the time to choose the style of flooring we wanted. The installation of both types of flooring was done in a day - where Matt and his installation team left the house very clean and tidy. We would recommend and use again.

    We are very impressed with this business. Matt came to advise on materials and quote to lay new flooring across the entire ground floor of our home to replace badly cracked travertine tiles. He explained his reasons for recommending Woodpecker flooring in these circumstances. A quote and potential date for the work was sent to us later that same day. This we accepted. In spite of being within the Covid lockdown the Carpet Company crew completed the entire job within one day. We are delighted with the finished result and would not hesitate to recommend this company.
