I used this store last year and found them very helpful so decided to try them again despite the negative reviews. They have just fitted new vinyl in my kitchen which I am very happy with. The fitters moved my white goods although I had to move the other furniture myself. I found the service a bit slow as the salesman had Covid and then went on holiday. Nevertheless I would use them again. Nice neat job.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! I phoned up to book an appointment for measure and quote for my stairs and landing. The man I spoke to told me they didn't have anything available for over a week! He then told me I would have to come into store to choose a carpet. Well this Saturday just gone I went to the store, got there just before 3.30 as the website hours state 10-4 on Saturday and they were closed! The hours on the door do not match the hours on the website! This company haven't even got the courtesy to go online and update their opening hours for potential customers! So anyway I went down the road to floors for you, they were good enough to still be open. I was approached as soon as I walked through the door by a very professional and courteous member of staff and got an appointment for measure up today (Monday) so won't be wasting time on this company again!
