Went to the pub today for a beer and a snack. We ordered 2 pints of ale which were both served warm and therefore un-drinkable, we asked for a menu and were given the a la carte, no snacks or sandwiches? We decided to leave and paid £11.40 for our cask ales (although we didn’t drink them and we told the bar man why, he simply said he would tell his Manager!) Beautiful re-fit, poor customer service!
