Fish I got where fine and well packed. However you can't get them on the phone as they never answer and won't let you leave a message. Also found it impossible to send them an email as they wouldn't accept my email address and although I entered their code correctly at least three times they said it wasn't right. Still like someone once told me, you will run out of money before you run out of other businesses even in todays climate

Quite disappointed in fish quality unfortunately. Some arrived with fin rot and the fungus has spread to the rest of the fish. Some seem to hang about on their sides on the bottom for long periods of time. Luckily none have died, yet, but none of them look well currently. 4 days on from this review and we have lost 4 of the 8 fish we bought.

Highly recommend buying large or standard sized koi fish from the Carp Co. Very happy with the purchase and quality of fish. I bought 1 large Showa 46cm, 1 Beni Kumonryu 34cm and four 20 - 25 cm standard kois. All good quality and fun to watch!
