This is a big pub and was approximately one quarter full. It took almost 2 hours for our food to be served we asked both the serving staff and the bar staff what the delay was no body could explain. Everyone else sat near us were also having to wait a very long time. We did eventually get our food and a refund and the food was OK but this was about 2.5 hrs after we had ordered.

We booked a table , when we ordered food we were told it would be 30 min wait for food . We ended up waiting 1hr for food some of which wasn't cooked properly. If we had known it would be a hour wait we would of gone elsewhere . Other people who ordered after us got food before us. We didn't end up complaining as we didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for our meal to be cooked again

Please don't waste your family time or your money, we thought we would give the newly refurbished carousel a try, I have to say it was embarrassing awful, my vegan meal was practically inedible, and the other 3 meals were not much better, shocking!! totally spoilt a family birthday meal out x Liam the staff member was lovely definitely a credit to the establishment Sorry for the poor review but thats an honest opinion
