After having a car I’ve owned from new written off, I found myself in the position of having to look for a second hand car for the first time in a long time and I needed one ASAP as my courtesy car agreement was due to end. All the staff at Carfella were friendly, helpful and professional. I found a car I liked and it had a bit of damage to it and advisories on the MOT and I was informed that all of the things identified would be fixed and sorted before I purchased the car and I was told if there was anything that was unrepairable, I would be given my deposit straight back. I was updated regularly and my car was ready to collect the day the courtesy car was returned. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, honest second hand car dealership.
