Excellent, helpful and knowledgeable staff giving great advice. Free, no pressure, advice about hire or purchase from occupational therapists. Photographs show some of stock available, also mobility scooter hire or purchase. Will take a new mobility scooter user on an instruction walk on road outside. Reccomended.

Had a problem with a product they recommended that broke. They fixed no problem but it took a couple of months. Then the second one these we had purchased had the same fault. Promised to pick it up. After 4 weeks of waiting I told them not to bother.

I have my 93 year old mum living with us during the current Covid 19 pandemic. Having her stay with us, has highlighted where she needs some additional support. Even complying with current safe distancing, Andrew at the Higher Road branch provided sensitive help and advice over and above what I expected. What a genuinely great experience, instilling some much needed confidence and they proved cheaper than other suppliers. I would recommend.
