Do not waste your money. I paid for a full clean of the inside and outside of my car. I was originally quoted £80 which I thought was very steep but was told the car would look brand new. The gentleman then told me he’d come down to £70 but that’s the lowest he’d accept. The interior of my car after the clean was not up to scratch, I’ve had far better basic cleans for which I’ve paid £30/£40. There were crumbs and dust still in the door pockets, mud on the back of the passenger chair (from my darling toddler) and under the belts in the back I even found old crisps and other delightful goodies left by the children. I got back home and had to hoover and clean the inside again myself as it was still filthy. Very, very disappointed to have wasted £70 of my money. Wish I had inspected closer at the time as I definitely wouldn’t have parted with that much! Services: Car waxing, Polishing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Truly appalling arrived 0830, waited to 0930 on busy Sat am . Other customers arrived but no staff. Called number but office shut recorded message. Left and went to Waves on Southampton Road who were excellent.

Can I do less than 1 star. Awful job. So much of the car was left dirty. I wouldve have been annoyed if i paid £10 but for £32 its an absolute joke. My 9 year old could've done a better job. It's convenient and thats all It has going for it. Save your money and go anywhere else

Paid £10 for Bronze Wash. Wheels and wheel arches, not touched , windows smeary and still dirty. Only lower half of the number plate cleaned. Finger prints still in situ where door was opened. Bird Poo mark the size of an egg on the wing is still there. Stick to Southampton Road.

Thought I'd leave my MX5 here for a good clean whilst having dinner with my parents. Was persuaded to spend £50 on a platinum clean (normally £55 but said they'd do it for £50 since the car was small). They missed loads of areas that needed polishing once I got home. The wheels were awful and they didn't bother to vacuum the boot... I can't say I will be returning. Sorry!

I paid for the platinum car clean and I was very disappointed with it, there was still hairs and dirt in the car seats and around the car interior and boot and bits still on dashboard. What was done looked like a quick 10 min job inside, so I have resorted in doing the rest the myself to my standards and I'm not a car cleaner either!! However the outside of the car was looking fairly decent though but the door crevises were still dirty which they shpukdnt have been! The people were nice enough, however I do think it was a rip off for what was actually done and I have done it better myself for free. There is a dire need for attention to detail training with your staff.
