❌❌❌ if there is a half star, I will give this to this car trader. Never and don’t any buy the car from this garage. Don’t ever pay deposit , You will struggle to get the money back, they asked me to paid deposit then come back to get the car , I waited so long and many times kept calling them to ask when is the car ready ? ? They keep saying its not ready, kept call again then they tried to sale different, bad car to me, then they tried another car again and again, But I said no . I only want the car I paid for. But actually they have sold the car I paid deposit to someone else for HIGH PRICE AND DID NOT TELL ME, NEVER TELL ME THE TRUE ,gave me so many excuses this and that…..I have waited month and didn’t get my car I want for, and they hold my deposit money in their bank . I have to came to their garage and asked for deposit back because they lied to me and SOLD THE CAR TO SOMEBODY ELSE, At this point they say told me have to wait 14 days to get my money back, instead of going online and transfer money to my account in a minute, BUT THEY DIDNT DO, they kept my money in their account to earn every interest. Disgusting and horrible place. It almost month later until I nearly plan make further action again them , and give them a final call before I make it further,then they pay my deposit back 😡 NEVER PAY DEPOSIT AND COME BACK THIS GARAGE.❌❌❌

Very nice trader by the north side of A406 London. They were very presentable, professional, and knowledgable regarding any queries that we had about the car. Full years MOT completed on request, coming across as very polite and professional. We where very happy with the service. Would recommend them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Brought a car from this garage not even 2 months ago.. after a couple of days the car starting juddering in second. I then had a tyre pop while on a busy road which left me standing there for over an hour to be recovered as no key was given for the lock in wheel nuts. Part of my exhaust has fallen off!! Dodgy MOT’s!!! Every time I have rang my answer has always been bring it down and we can try or that’s not covered in the warranty!!! Please avoid at all costs and save yourselves a headache!!!

TL;DR --> probably not all their cars are bad, but please be very careful when you use their services. Sadly, I am one of those with a bad experience since the first day. And it is all my fault for not paying attention to the red flags: 1. The dealer made me wait half an hour to show me the car, even though I called them five hours ago. By then it is dark and rainy. - Red flag: they waste your time. 2. The dealer didn't show me the cars that I enquired about (two in my case), even though we agreed when I called five hours before visiting. Their excuse? The car was parked in other place. - Red flag: they cannot be trusted 3. The dealer was watching YouTube videos while I was doing the test drive and asking him questions about the car. - Red flag: horrible customer service! 4. The dealer rushed me by offering a discount if I paid at the moment. - Red flag: they want to get rid of the car soon! 5. I felt the car humid on the inside, with rust where there shouldn't be (e.g. the lighter plug). But I trusted the dealer and his "everything is fine with the car". - Red flag: common sense doesn't match their word. Pros: they answer the phone and they communicate politely. Cons: they are very unprofessional and untrustworthy. - Car: 2009 red/purple Ford Fiesta Titanium - Issues: alarm going off every night and water leaks - Solution: return the car. I had to take the car myself to a garage to fix the alarm issue and apparently the water leak was "a normal thing" despite the soaked carpet and constant condensation. - Time to get the refund: 25 days! It should have been 7 days. I had to start a formal complaint so they would do their job.

Major Warning! Do not purchase from here let alone look. They sold me a Gold Vauxhall Astra, with EML light cleared and major oil leak. They hid this with their fancy talk and reassurences, and during a service at Halfords they told me it had leaked over the gearbox and engine causing a possible fire hazzard. When i told them, they booked in a minor £50 repair with their own friends at a garage. They are born fraudsters and unless your looking for a headache, a fight or a dying car, do not bother going there. P.s. I had to scrap the car. FYI: Most of the 5 star reviews are them, themselves. This is not a fake review it is real, Google keep this up as my last one was deleted, willing to be contacted for proof.

BAD !! BAD !! BAD!! DO NOT TRUST OR RECOMMEND this company/Trader! They talk very nicely but cheated me!! I bought a car from them in 2021 November NOT knowing they had removed engine light from dashboard!! Faulty engine!! when I went to renew MOT michanic told me bulb was removed! Simply cheated on me!! I will never ever recommend to anyone!! NOT happy at all !!
