Be careful, always been ok in the past but dropped my car off last week and told them on two separate occasions that I wanted the gold valet at 20 pounds. Been a customer of here for years, but recently the quality of the wash and even some staff has gone downhill. Last two washes of my car have been poor with parts of the car completely missed, windscreen still partly dirty and the cleaning method not the same and half-heartedly done at that. The alloys hardly cleaned. This is on a pretty new car so they weren't even that dirty in the first place. The staff to be more interested in looking at phones and messing around. The staff that used to be there seemed to care about quality, not so much now. Rather sadly after all these years, I will have to look somewhere else that actually clean the car properly.

Avoid. Visited this week for a 'Pristine' car wash... Staffed by kids who felt like they were on school experience...and more intent on talking rather than cleaning. Disorganised in terms of process with no clear management to ensure cars were cleaned properly. Car was cleaned averagely but I had to point out that all the windows were still dripping wet, which drew a huge sigh from the chap wiping them down, as reluctantly went round the car again giving them a half-hearted rub down. Won't be going back!

Car washed today (including tyres dressed) alloys filthy. I shouldn't have to get out of my car to check before I leave the car wash.Neither do I want to return to the car wash again as suggested.I wont be going back at all again (I was a long standing customer.)

Most of the services are not available. I went for a car wash and they were not ready to give platinum service at that moment. They asked me to come on next day for cleaning interior of my car. So any one who wants a standard car wash on a long queue it is the best option.

Took my Dispatch van for a wash today, I asked the attandant if they had a steps so that they could see the roof of the van to wash it (some car wash units don`t use/have steps) if a water lance is just aimed at the roof from the floor lots of the area gets missed and there was algae to be removed. There were 4 x vehicles in front of me, the attendant told me to drive into the unused bay alongside the the queue. I watched what would heve been the vehicle I should have been behind leave Pristine, they kept washing more cars and leaving me then some rickety step arrived and the attendant said, I`m not stepping on them they are not safe. After another wait, another step arrived which appeared safer. After another wait, a valeter started jet washing the roof then another valeter took the lance of him to do another car which had just come in. I got out of my van to ask why is my van not getting washed, well the next thing I am confronted by four (4) staff wanting to know why I was not in the other lane, I explained that I was told to come into this unused lane. Next I`ve got (I think the owner) stood in front of me telling me I should be in the other lane, so now I have five (5) staff members including the one who told me park there and not saying a word in my defence, confronting me (I must look really threatening for a 72 year old)? The outcome was that I must not ask for a step to do the roof and stay in he correct lane next time I visit Pristine. As I had not been to Pristine for a number of years today I thought that I would give it a go, they even did a good wash on my van even though it took about 40 mins. Will I go back, nah...I`m staying with my regular, Waterloo Car wash.....they have steps and don`t confront customers. P.S. Whatever you do, If you are told to go into the other lane by a member of staff, do so at your own peril. :)
