Stay away! Phone lines are useless so you can’t get through. Part exchanged my wife’s car which took them 4 months to send off the v5. The new car had no rear headrests and the key blade had broken in the lock. They eventually did authorise replacement headrest and key but as the blade was stuck inside the lock the new key was useless! The windscreen leaks like a shower so passengers get wet, this was never resolved!! The amount of phone calls and emails we made was unbelievable- most weren’t responded to! They offered us an additional 12 months warranty but it’s useless if they don’t communicate with you! Buyer beware is all I can say!!!! Staff seem really friendly at first, but it’s just a front - they scatter and avoid your calls.

They even deserve no star, lack of communications, i am calling them many times but nobody is answering even the reception or sales. i decided to buy a used car from them last week and paid 1000£ for deposit but they are asking me to make full payment before one day of delivery car to me and i did not accept it and i said i could transfer full money after having delivery so cancelled the sales but they still did not pay my money back after one week. I contacted with them every day but nobody calls me back and i will go to court if they will not pay my money in two days.
