We have a ‘Bauhaus inspired’ stainless steel and glass dining set, now 50 years old. Two of the cane seats, understandably, needed restoration. Our concern was matching the colour after 50 years of use, but we needn’t have worried. Chris managed to find a dye which matched perfectly and now, side by side with the other two chairs, we really can’t tell the difference. And all at a very fair price and quicker than originally estimated. We are delighted and would unhesitatingly recommend Chris to anyone who needs a professional re-caning job carried out in a timely and reassuring fashion.
