    I visited the cake shed today and had the most amazing experience! I ordered the luxury hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows, the French press and lemon drizzle cake! It was all the most incredible food I’ve had in a long time, the hot chocolate was the best I’ve ever had. Definitely going to recommend to ALL my friends😊 Vegetarian options: Cater for everyone

Shockingly rude staff member (male who was in kitchen and serving on the floor) and the rest of the staff are super forgetful.. you have to remind them so many times for simple things like a fork which would never arrive. The male staff member genuinely made me scared to approach him again. Rushed out as quick as we could

    An excellent cake shop/cafe on The Pantiles. The selection of cakes changes regularly but they're always fresh and delicious. They have a wide array of drinks to complement the cakes, with some particularly good loose-leaf tea. We also had a sausage roll, which was fantastic! The staff are always very helpful, attentive and just generally welcoming. I think the prices are fair, given the quality and location.

    I love the Cakeshed but today was not my best experience. There was no room inside mainly due to people working on their laptops even after they have finished their coffee. I suggest the staff ask customers if they have finished and if they have give them the bill. Several customers left as there wasn't room inside.
