Went in to the shop, ordered half the rainbow cake they had. Wanted as cheesecake as half can be ordered and they told me they can’t give it to me as then they won’t have any for display. Isn’t that’s why it’s on display because it’s for them to sell? Only needed half so they could’ve had the other half for display. Cake was also very dry and hardly any cream between the layers.

Charge £2 for writing a message where as all other shops doesn't charge you for this service. If you need a cake urgently then most of the time they don't have any cakes ready to eat sell all frozen stuff

After buying from here for over a year I bought an American Baked Vanilla Cheesecake, the base was very soft and not crumbly & tasted like it was stale! I rang the shop to change the cheesecake and I was told there has been other complaints and that ALL the cheesecakes had this problem. I have written an email to complain & will be returning this cheesecake to the shop tomorrow for an exchange or refund. Only then will I know myself if the other cheesecakes have this problem. *Added Information* So I took the cheesecake back & explained to another lady what had happened. She kindly exchanged the Vanilla Baked Cheesecake & explained some of the ingredients may have changed due to Covid (as the ingredients come from China). I then purchased the Strawberry Baked Cheesecake & again to my surprise the base was soft but not as soft as the last one. TCS please try to get this right as you may loose a lot of business due to this problem!
