I have done 2 sessions at The Cake College, both with Clare - and thoroughly enjoyed both! I learned a huge amount in the Two Tier class- it gave me the confidence to really enjoy making wedding cakes, rather than dread making them. The Blossoms and Buds Flower Class was great too- the basic skills of sugar paste flower making, which I have been able to use and try new things with. I went to these classes to improve my skill for my business, but I can see how it would also just be a fun day out with a friend. Lucy and Clare are both professional and friendly- both are happy to answer any questions (I had many!) during class, and their follow up e-mail with recipes and instructions from the day are very very useful. I can't wait to attend again. Beautiful setting too.

I’ve recently been to my 16th class at The Cake College. Yes, it’s that good. This time it was the new Bread Making class. It was such a brilliant class. In one day, we made five different types of bread and they all tasted delicious. The cake and cookie classes are great too. The instructors are so talented, patient and friendly and you can go at your own pace whether you are a beginner or experienced baker. I’ve learnt such a lot but I keep coming back because it’s just the best fun.

I would 100% recommend The Cake College to anyone interested in baking and decorating! I attended the Faultline Cake Class after being gifted a voucher for Christmas, and it was such an amazing class! The kitchen studio is amazing and the staff are so wonderful and talented! I’ve never felt more welcomed! I would definitely return and hope to soon!

Have done 2 courses already and have some more booked. Very lovely tutors and easy to follow. I’m not from the area, so stayed overnight. Would be great if there was an additional lunch option that could be added for classes that are all day. Looking forward to future classes.
