Helpful design process, advice and guidance prior to placing the order, always available on the phone, kept informed of lead time and production/delivery schedule. Final delivered product of very high quality (all the screw holes and components all lined up perfectly). Only one mistake was made which was rectified straight away - I had a few missing elements missing in the first delivery but following next day delivery service this was corrected. I can recommend this company - if you can design it and assemble (bit like Ikea but much more substantial) based on numbered parts and exploded diagrams this is a great solution.

We were delighted with the way our utility room project worked out. It was a bit unusual what we were asking for (and would have cost a lot more if we had a bespoke joiner) but the Cabinet Shop team really supported the brief and came up with helpful suggestions, and were flexible enough to propose an untested solution with sliding doors - which worked out really well! The cabinets were straightforward to build and strong enough to support a granite worktop. We’re really happy with our experiment and we appreciated the precision construction (and careful packaging!) of the cabinets. Thanks again! Will definitely use again in the future.

I was seeking a large custom sized cabinet for my home office and after several searches came across The Cabinet Shop. After an initial quote there were some detailed discussions to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. This was followed by a detailed design and 3D model so I could visualise exactly what I was going to receive. After agreeing this, the design was committed for manufacture, during which I was kept fully informed as to progress along the way. Once completed, the unit was delivered flat packed and well packaged by a specialist courier. I was supplied with comprehensive electronic instructions on how to paint, assemble and adjust the unit which I achieved with no difficulties. Overall I am very pleased with the finished article and also impressed with the service I received from The Cabinet Shop and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others looking for similar projects.

Amazing service and support. We ordered a custom bookcase from thecabinetshop which arrived swiftly and fits perfectly. One component required tweaking, which they kindly cut again and sent free of charge. All the items are incredibly well wrapped and protected when sent for delivery. We will definitely order from here again in the future.

Would have been 5 star review had they sorted the issue with the incorrectly sized work tops supplied, of course had the units been made the correct size in the first place the tops would have fitted! I have sent several emails to get the issue resolved and whilst they have responded to some of the emails i have been currently waiting since the 22nd September for a reply to my last email. Looks like the £1000+ bill to replace the 7 solid oak worktops with new ones cut to the correct sizes will have to be covered by my pocket.

We ordered two cabinets from the Cabinet shop. They were cut precisely and everything was perfectly prepared for assembling, which made them very easy to put together. The quality is outstanding, they feel very sturdy and the surface is so smooth. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd never thought ordering custom made furniture could be so easy and reasonable. Highly recommend. :)
