Waste of time. I sent an online enquiry last week as I'm in the process of viewing BTL properties. Spoke to Steve for 30 minutes on Monday and discussed all the usual details and requirements and he said he would email a few options by 3pm the following day (Tuesday). It is now Friday and I haven't received anything. I should've pre-empted this happening when during our call he said "I don't know why you would use a broker it sounds pretty straightforward". Giving the impression that I was an inconvenience rather than a potential customer. I have since contacted another broker and already have a mortgage in principle so I wouldn't bother contacting The Buy to Let Broker again, or recommend them.

My partner and I have worked with BTL for quite a few years - Angie and Fran in particular. We have a very small portfolio or properties and I imagine we are far from their most lucrative clients. Still, we have had nothing but the best and most professional experience throughout any remortgage we have done. They never scrimp on the time they are happy to give you - hundreds of questions have been asked and answered, our own mistakes and misunderstandings patiently managed, always on the look out for better deals too. They are meticulous about knowing their clients so every time it feels like we pick up where we left off. You know you are dealing with something special when the service doesn't change after they have collected their fees - they look after your case all the way to completion and are happy to push for you if things get stuck along the way. I really couldn't recommend them enough.
