Make sure and ring dead on 8pm or you are refused any sort of help!!! Tried getting my son seen after falling very poorly but they refused him medical assistance! Leaving us no choice but to rush him to hospital where staff are already rushed of their feet they don't have time to do jobs the gp should be doing!!! Receptionist are rude and completely unhelpful but breach about how we are supposed to treat them with respect! The Dr doesn't call you back on the time your told! Or they say your get a call back but we don't know when!!! Thats fine we will put our life on hold all day!!!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting treatment from this place and to be honest I have no idea how this surgery hasn't already gone under inspection!!!!! So much for paramedics coming to help to make things easier for us!! Complete bull they let a child down. I am now fighting to have my kids removed from this practice.

I’m a new patient and can only say how efficient and pleasant everyone who I have dealt with at the practice have been. This morning (Friday) I had to phone the surgery to make an appointment. Number 5 in the queue and barely had to wait 5 mins for my call to be answered and dealt with. A very helpful and pleasant receptionist dealt with my call. Thank you.

Having recently moved to Buxted and dreading changing surgery I was pleasantly surprised, Sam on reception made the whole thing easy, contacting my old surgery and making appointments, Fiona the senior practice nurse was very professional and understanding of my health condition I am grateful to them both, I know the practice had issues but wanted to give credit where it’s due.
