Talk about customer service and support! Now my original order was scheduled to be delivered to recipient no.1 and that had to be changed for reasons on my end. I contacted the shop and we decided to have my order scheduled to be sent to recipient no.2. I had to change that again (all on me just to be clear) and had to be sent to recipient no. 3!! Now, as if the owner shouldn't be annoyed with me by now, she has been ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and patient and advised me along the way. She performed a miracle so that I can get my items to the right place at the right time by simply going the lengths to ensure I was satisfied, and boy AM I SATISFIED! My items will be heading to the Caribbean thanks to this amazing shop and its owner! Definitely getting my coins again!

I couldn't be happier with my first order from The Butterfly Cake Shop. Kirsty has put so much love in to the treat box that she made for my friend's birthday. The design, both colour and theme, was completely unique and bespoke and was so beautiful. The parcel and each individual item was wrapped so carefully and arrived perfectly. The communication from my initial enquiry through to the day the box was posted has been second to none. Kirsty is unbelievably helpful and responsive and it's obvious how much care and passion goes in to what she does. I gave Kirsty very little direction with the design because I'm not very creative but the finished product is so beautiful, Kirsty used her creative skills to really design something that was very personal and perfect for my friend. Thank you so much for the amazing service and I can't wait to order again xxx
