I used this company for yellow flies treatment. The huge problem was from the office woman. After paying for the service and getting a documented treatment receipt she continuesly badgered and tormented us for many months saying that we had a more expensive treatment , we hadn't paid for the service and that we needed to prove what service we had. Shameful behaviour. Despite this , I phoned again this year for the same service. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and very unreasonable. I can see exactly where the problem is with this company . For this reason, I didnt book them this year. Stay away.

Terrible experience. Ended up costing more to get someone in after then to do the job properly. They refused a refund even partial. Please go else where. (No contact made by phone after issue was raised and only received 1 email reply stating no refunds. Don't believe them trying to hide face now.)
