  I started visiting the Burghwood Clinic in June of 2022. My first consultation was with the lovely Dr Judge. We discussed the many issues I had (which include chronic fatigue syndrome, severe allergies and gut issues). We came up with a plan to start Enzyme Potentiated Desensitisation and I can whole heartedly say after just 4 treatments, I've already noticed a significant improvement in my energy, allergies and overall wellbeing. The staff are excellent, they are always friendly, kind and helpful on the phone and in person, I believe prices are very fair too. If you're looking for a place that will actually heal you, by this I mean treat your underlying conditions, this is the place for you. I've been to many other places, where they just aim to manage symptoms, this won't help your body heal in the long run. I look forward to continue my treatment at this amazing clinic and in fact, I'm encouarging my dad to go to treat some gut issues which he has. Thank you to all the excellent staff and the fabulous Dr Judge for the big difference you've made to my life so far.

  I contacted the clinic because my son had a heavy metal toxicity. Dr Econs was fabulous. Completely exceeded my expectations. He also proposed doing other tests like metabolomix, iodine test, test for food intolerances and mould, through which we found out that our son had some deficiencies and candida. I am very happy I contacted this clinic.

  I have been going to this clinic ,which offers testing for many problems of a kind unavailable on the NHS, for nearly 50 years. It enabled me to move from working just a few hours a week to full-time employment thanks to identifying my food intolerances and giving me desensitisation. I later developed asthma, which is controlled by yet more desensitisation, and shortages of vitamins, minerals and essential oils, which are controlled with supplements and shifts in my diet. The medicines the clinic prescribed, unlike those from my local hospital, have also almost cured my ulcerative colitis. I have found the staff unfailingly kind, caring and knowledgeable and on my visits for testing have met many others for whom this clinic has been a lifeline and who like me live nowhere near the clinic. Repeat visits are necessary because the precise quantity of the aggravating food or inhalant that is required for desensitisation can change over time, often in response to an infection.

  I have suffered from extreme food intolerance and allergies for 30 years. The standard NHS advice is to avoid problem foods. I can do that - and it works - but then a very serious problem emerges with that approach: I simply do not have enough to eat and lose weight dangerously rapidly and am, understandably, very weak from malnutrition. I searched everywhere for a sensible solution. I am not the kind of person to be hoodwinked by the rash claims of unqualified practitioners. With a first degree in Mathematics and a research degree in Nuclear Physics, I am well aware of the need for a proper scientific solution and approached the treatment with great caution. Dr Econs and his staff have given me desensitisation treatment now for many years, helping me to survive. There is no doubt that it has been a lifesaving process. Without it, I would have starved to death twenty years ago. In addition - for the first time in my experience - whatever has been prescribed has never caused me any kind of negative reaction. We all know that medical costs are expensive but at Burghwood, they seem to be very modest in comparison with other private clinics. The Burghwood nursing and administrative staff have clearly been very carefully selected and prepared. They have been another very valuable help with an efficient, prompt and gentle service. This reliable, kindly care has eased many difficult days for me. I am very grateful for Burghwood and it’s staff; they run an exemplary clinic from which many could learn.

  I have been visiting the clinic under the care of Dr Econs who is an amazingly caring and kind/intelligent Doctor, for some years now. I must say that, out of all the doctors and clinics I have visited over the years, Burghwoods staff, treatments and doctors have given me more help and support than any other. Everyone at the clinic has been professional, caring and open minded...Which is very much required when dealing with certain conditions. I have made progress with my conditions since visiting the clinic, whereas before my health I was only deteriorating.

  Burghwood clinic has been extremely helpful and accurate in diagnosing and treating my vaccine damage and long covid. They offer cutting edge treatments for long covid and are able to write prescriptions for pharmaceuticals if necessary. Unlike some clinics they don't operate a 'patient app' and all appointments are made personally with their admissions staff. Consultations may be conducted by telephone or video call if you can't attend personally.

  I was referred to the Burghwood clinic via my pharmacist after suffering with chronic uricataria for 7 months. I had seen my GP and insisted on a referral to the Uricataria clinic at Guys hospital. The response from the NHS was to place me on large amounts of antihistamine and inform me it normally goes away after 6 months. Totally fed it with the NHS I visited the Burghwood Clinic. I was assigned to a Dr Judge just meeting Dr Judge was a revelation. She totally understood the mental anguish this condition had caused. Dr Judge was enthusiastic and caring and could relate to my condition. With her expertise and guidance within 9 days of following Dr Judge,s advice my condition had largely disappeared. Dr Judge empowered me to control the issues that were causing/ contributing to my uricataria and I have never looked back. It is now July and my uricataria has never returned. I was so lucky that my pharmacist had heard of the Burghwood clinic and cannot thank Dr judge enough for her professional and caring approach.
