Absolutely the best burgers I've ever tasted in my life by miles and miles!!! Much more than your average burger bar. A range of flavours combinations options like nowhere else. Whoever is behind this menu is a genius!! Worthy of a big fancy restaurant in Soho. Even if you're not that much into burgers. Yum!! Edit.. after reading other reviews I feel I should point out, mine is based on the first meal we had there some years ago. We're still taking about it! The customer service was fine at the time. We walked up and ate in.

Used to be my 'go to takeaway' but after receiving our order and the chips were cold and undercooked and burger was slightly warm. After my partner called them and speaking to the owner he refused to believe the chips were cold stating he cooked them himself and was getting defensive and abusive. I had to take over the conversation as I could clearly hear the owner arguing with my partner. Never again will I order from these and I advise anybody who thinks they look good not to bother because if there is anything wrong with the order then it's not the takeaways fault because you as the customer who has paid good money for the food is obviously lying and making it up.

First time i went here the food was lovely, unfortunatly the service and food have become progressively worse. We had to wait and hour and half for delivery, it's basic customer service to inform you customers of the wait, which we were not. Brisket turnt up dry, no coleslaw left yet we still paid full price. The delivery driver when asked about the wait said "not my problem I'm just a delivery driver" will not be using this service again. To top it off the person who answers the phone sounds like they don't know which way is up. Awful customer service and dry brisket. Do not order a delivery from here if you want you food within the hour.

Absolutely the best burger I have ever tasted! After a long dilemma on a Saturday night we were wandering what takeaway to have , we decided to try After several reccomondations the burger bar and smokehouse in Ramsgate. I we were not disappointed. We rang through the order about 9.30-10pm which we know was quite late, but the very polite staff member explained that they were extremely busy so delivery might take a little bit longer than usual which we were happy with but it turned up at least 10 minutes earlier than expected. There were 6 of us, and we all ordered something different and every meal was out of this world! I would recommend this to anybody that was looking for something, new ,fresh and tasty. We will definatly be ordering from them again .
