I’ve never had one good experience with the bunch. I cannot believe the amount of good reviews! We have been with them for our tenancy in university and we have had terrible service. Problems with threats from other bill companies, and now it has escalated to issues with our landlord over water bills. 13 llantrisant street - the bunch if you see this we would like our issues resolved. My house have had a really good experience with the bunch this year for all of our household bills. They've been really transparent with us and our fixed rate tariff didn't budge despite the cost of living crisis. They also ensured that we received the full discount from the help for household incentive which gave us reduced bills for a few months. Would really recommend for anyone looking for a bills package for their uni house!!

The bunch is a good energy provider, however in some cases quite confusing. We had no smart meter for over 8 months despite being promised one at the beginning of our contract. It is a good bills package particularly for students wanting a hassle free way to manage bills amongst tenants
