The whole double story extension went smoothly from start to finish, the guys would come in and just get things done (which can’t be said about previous teams we have seen in the same trade) I would recommend a good builder like these guys if your serious about your build and want minimal headache.

The building constructor guys were recommended by my neighbour's glazing team, they did say we would be in safe hands with avi and the team and they were spot on. 2 years searching for a good home extension builder and 3 plan changes later we gave them the project and delivery was near enough on time, a few days over but that was on finishing while it snowed. Our neighbour originally had their team working on loft conversion and single-floor rear extension so we had a chance to check the workmanship and service first-hand, we liked the whole project and how the monies were set out to be paid forward. The original plans were to build a kitchen extension which we extended to a double-storey extension and recently extended again to a wrap-around with loft conversion. Thanks to Jim and Pius for a wonderful experience, it did get tense at times but I never felt pressured or uneasy at any point, stage payments were setup from the start to finish which provided me peace of mind on the fact that I would only pay for next stage once the first stage was complete, I don’t know about anyone else but home owners need this peace of mind when parting with hard earned money , its very hard to find the wrong builder and im glad I found these guys. Very honest and hardworking, my neighbour actually got her loft conversion from them and even when the project had finished I saw them attend the property about 4 months after to amend or fix something, its was a good enough impression for us. Try them if you are finding it hard to find a trusted building team or just don’t want to take big risk with new guys.

good bunch of guys and very helpful, every little detail in our loft and extension was exactly what we asked for and every step of the build we were asked most choices. The detail of finishing is good and the extension still has a around 2 days painting to be done but apart from that , all looks lovely , I can relax and revalue next few weeks and now have peace of mind for my kids too, ifs important to get a builder because of these points and I can honestly share there details with family , lovely

So whilst looking for a trusted home builder in Ealing London area, I came across the guys from the building constructor while they were undergoing a loft conversion project in Northfields area whilst visiting family. After inspecting there site and team I decided to go ahead with my own wrap around house extension build around 6 months ago , the project has gone very well and taken around 4 and a half months due to the sheer scale of the extensions ion and along the way having to stop twice and re-engineer the original plans (which I want to state ‘’were not drawn by the building constructor team’’) , Finished product looks really sharp and changed the whole look of the home, my 2 daughters that are ijn university have now moved back to the family home because of the extra space created and the boys have there own on suite bedrooms too, the house is surely now a home and I would recommend there team for house extensions any day to any one.
