Lovely staff. Room and en-suite really clean. Lovely crisp white bed linen. Great tea and coffee making facilities and my favourite Border biscuits! Superb location in the middle of Titchfield Village. We didn't stay for breakfast as we didn't have time, but judging from what we saw, we missed a treat. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

Stayed there new year's eve room out dated cold room heating nonexistent bed was lumpy uncomfortable, very loud music from the bar from the time we got there at 15.00 until we wet out 18.45 are room was above the bar, in the morning no cooked breakfast no chef? Good start for the year NOT.
