Food & drinks: There were 6 adults in our family who had various main meals, the pies were delicious, as were the vegetables, we all enjoyed our food, comfortable room and a high chair was readily available for the youngest member of our family. The people who took our food & drinks orders were friendly and pleasant. There was a disabled toilet in close proximity for a family member who is a wheelchair user, clean toilets and lovely memorabilia on the walls in the passageway.

Thornton Watlass village sits around the cricket field and the Buck occupies one side of this delightful scene. The original building has retained its small cosy rooms and there is also a more recent dining/ function room where we went to enjoy s Sunday lunchtime jazz session. A warm welcome to a lovely room, friendly atmosphere and very good reasonably priced food created a really good experience. Food & drinks: Real ale and real food.

We held a family birthday celebration lunch for a group of 28 at the Buck Inn. Vicki was extremely helpful in sorting out the arrangements, including coming up with a menu, dealing with special diets and suggestions to make things go well. Everything went well and we would definitely use them again. Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 … More
