I’d just like to thank Broughton's Care Home and staff for the incredible care they have given my dad. The staff showed my Dad such compassion and respect that I never had to worry and felt safe in the knowledge that he was receiving the best possible care. Any concerns we had moving Dad from his home to Broughtons were squashed with the attention and kindness they treated him with. I had complete peace of mind that he wasn’t alone and people who cared for him were right by to offer him the best possible care. I highly recommend this care home to anyone in need of quality care for their loved ones. Thank you so much for all that you do.

My Mum has been at the Broughtons for 10 weeks now. It was such a heartbreaking decision which was made so much easier after meeting and dealing with the amazing staff from the manager Mandy, all the care staff, cleaners, ladies in the laundry and kitchen staff. They are all exceptional people. At the moment the building is waiting refurb in some areas but you should never judge a book by its cover as you would go a long long way in our opinion to find more cheerful, friendly and caring staff anywhere else. The staff have made the transition for my mum so much easier and she is being so well cared for. As visitors we are made to feel welcome and just want to say a massive big thank you to Mandy and all her fab staff too many to name individually.
