A great experience. This was my first time going to a "classier" shoe store and the man who helped me made me feel very comfortable, and gave me lots of information about shoes and my feet that I had never heard before. I learned a lot. The shoes he gave me to try felt so snug without being uncomfortable, they were like wearing gloves made of leather! Unfortunately this being a big purchase for me, I told them I had to go away and think about it and maybe try some other shoe stores before I committed. They were understanding of this fact and even willing to let me know some other shoe stores I could try. Great customer service!

They are very knowledgeable about the shoes and have a great sense of humor too. Really great experience. You really need to try these kind of shoes on. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
