Called in for for two coffees and cakes on Saturday morning. Very disappointed with the service and thought that the coffee was weak and tasted awful. Who puts chocolate sprinkles on a flat white coffee? When challenged we were told “that’s what we do”… Also very expensive - over £21 including the compulsory service charge. Avoid - there are much nicer places in the town to buy refreshments.

Have been here a few years ago, very disappointed this time. £4.40 each for a pot of tea, £14.00 for a club sandwich in supermarket sliced bread, similar price for egg mayonnaise sandwich in fairly stale supermarket bread. Outrageous. Will vote with my feet and shall not return.

We happened to stumble into this adorable tea room while visiting Bradford-on-Avon. Roy was extremely kind and accommodating, he took his time with us telling us about the different teas and offering suggesting for cake. We loved the cakes, the carrot cake is definitely one of the best I have ever had! We will definitely return, and couldn't be happier with our first ever English afternoon tea!

Beautiful building and space inside. Food and tea was decent. However the waitresses are appalling bad. There’s no welcome when you come in, two of the girls just glanced at me and then ignored me (they weren’t serving anyone). It wasn’t until a man came out did he ask if I wanted a table. He was very attentive and obviously experienced. At my table I flagged down a waitress as I had been ready to order for about 10 minutes, and none of the waitresses had come over. She interrupted me whilst I was placing my order to say she has to go get something first. Then she just left. It was actually the male waiter who then came over to take my order. He seems to be the only one in the place actually doing their job properly. The service needs a lot of improvement.
