We had booked a table for 8 people and I had rang up 4 days in advance to enquire about changing the booking to 10 people to which the response i got was that it was perfectly fine. This had not been changed and we where originally told that they could not fit an extra 2 people on when in fact they could. This had eventually been sorted out but was an unnecessary problem. When seated there was no issues at first, when the young girl with dark hair and false eyelashes on came over to take the order after 20 minutes only decided to tell us that the early bird was not on this Monday. You would have thought this would have been told when we where first seated and handed the menus. This ended up with an extra 10 minutes for us to decide what we wanted. Then we where told if we would like to share a meal which was £60! a service charge would have to be added on. The girl told us she did not know how much it was and did not offer to even find out! Told her it did not matter and ordered something else. We waited approx 40 mins for the food to come out. No updates from staff on wait times. Chips came out cold. Ordered a fillet steak to be cooked rare which came out basically medium well, considering it was £35 it was fatty as anything! Everything else was perfect which is such a shame. Ordered desserts right away as we had young children (we had a 30 minute travel back home too) and at this point by time we had waited for the food and ate it was 8.10. The desserts came out at 8.45! We had only ordered 5 desserts. Toilets were disgusting. Absolutely freezing inside. We were not the only booking to complain about the dramatic wait time or the attitude of staff! This place has good quality food but not good service. Seemed to be little communication between staff and management should not be taking multiple group bookings if they simply cannot give a basic standard experience. Such a shame, good food but for the price you are paying you would expect good customer service which is not been given at this place. Would like to add that the young girl was an absolute star and felt very sorry for her as even though she was under pressure about multiple complaints she did not snap like the other staff and in fact was very apologetic. Definitely will not be returning here anytime soon.

If you check my other reviews, you'll see that it's not like me to give just 3 stars..The food took over an hour to arrive, just before it came i politely asked if it would be ready soon, and got snapped at.. The same person was fine the rest of the evening but the place seems extremely short staffed, and either the kitchen is too small to cope, or the menu needs reducing. When the food finally arrived it was delicious, but my brother is still waiting for a beer from the tap, my aunt and uncle never got the coffee they asked for, and we had to ask for dessert spoons once all our desserts were on the table. There were nine of us, which i appreciate is a big ish party, but we had booked for 5.30pm and never left until 9pm.. The party next to us complained that their order had been messed up and walked out leaving half their food.. To sum up, only go here if you don't mind long waits, and don't attempt it if there are more than two in your party. It's a never again place for us. Vegetarian options: Very few, this is predominantly a meat lovers menu.
