My mum was discharged from this so called rehabilitation center in August 2019 I am glad she has left because since she has been there she has gone backwards instead of getting the proper treatment that she needs since my mum has been home she has been seen by a independent physio and they do not understand why my mum is not walking again by now on top of this most of the staff do not even care about what they are doing and just stand round the nurses station acting in professional while patients are just left to their own devises in the Communal room and some patients are just left in bed all day. If you have a complaint about anything then the staff will pass it on to management who do not care one bit they just brush complaints aside or call you a liar and so nothing I WOULD WARN EVERYONE NOT TO SEND LOVE ONES HERE FOR THEIR SAKE. AND THERE Health P.S and they will make false allegations that you have attacked staff when you confront them about abuse towards patients and I thinks it's,funny that members of staff are leaving reviews because they are All false and it is unprofessional they are just blowing their own trumpets....

Following a stroke my dad has been a patient at The Bridge for five months and the care he has received throughout that time has been second to none. The staff are lovely, taking pains to learn Dad's likes and dislikes in order to make him as comfortable and content as possible. They are always happy to chat to me or my sister when we call, and keep us updated on Dad's progress/general health/what he has eaten, etc... On visits we are always warmly welcomed. From what I have witnessed, I would say that staff genuinely care about their patients. The physiotherapy has been very beneficial. Aside from care, The Bridge is clean and nicely decorated: it's light and bright - an uplifting environment, with great views in all directions (especially of The Transporter!). Other than a roof terrace and small garden there's not much in the way of outdoor space/greenery for patients but what there is seems to be well-used and you can take patients (who are able) out for walks in the area, which is quiet and relatively free from traffic. All in all, it is nice to know that my dad is in such good hands.

wot can i say about this place wot not good at all my fmaily meber was at this place for over a week and we found out tht they wont feed them there main meals or give them water the only time they give a dam was when we was in or try to make out tht are fmaily meber did not want there food but evytime we when to vist they would beg for food and found marks on fmaily meber as well had to get qcq invold and then they try to make out we hurt are own fmaily

I used to work here and I left because the residents were rude and racist and the other staff members would join in with the resident! When I reported it to the manager she told me to leave. Awful and worst place I have ever worked at. They pick and choose which residents to like and the ones they don’t like get abused and neglected
