-Before this is removed -unskilled management. -Management only interested in client outcomes not members of staff. -Two thirds of colleagues left in the time I worked there, very low staff retention. -The job was not as advertised. -Asked to train a new starter after three weeks in the post.

ππ Must say,the reception staff,at the bridge πare amazing.They go above & beyond ,for EVERYONE,.Super friendly ,and provide the best information suited to each individual be it ??dwp,depts, support worker,plus they give directions,with the up to date; info/leaflets etc DROP IN CENTRES.Soup kitchen.Homelessness.Well the list just goes on & on..I dont think they get enough PRAISE,for all they do for the community.SO grateful,for your endless kindness.keep up the 1st class work you both do,so effortlously, and im saying it on behalf of all of charnwood/L-boro. 100%+valuable asset to your employers.
