Fantastic from start to finish of my immigration health check. Everyone I encountered, from the nurse, receptionist, to the patients and doctors, were all so lovely! Not had a good chat in the waiting room or to staff like that before in a healthcare setting. Very thorough and following protocol. I drove a fair distance for my appointment and happened to be early, they even let me be seen sooner as I had phoned to let them know!!!! Didn’t expect that! The Dr was wonderful and I just hope and hope and hope, that I’m granted my visa now! They made a daunting process feel ok- even after a stressful journey there!

They don't know how to do a blood test, they tried my hands more than 3 times they put the needle and there is no flow, they didn't measure my blood pressure before the process, i felt dizzy and i lost consciousness when i back home. They asked me to come another day to do the test.

My family has used the Bridge Clinic on a number of occasions, for gynaecology & scanning appointments. We have always found the medical treatment to be first class, & staff highly professional.

Extremely unhelpful and rude receptionist. Been previously and was rude and called to ask a question with the intention of booking in and due to her terrible customer service have decided to go elsewhere.

I trekked down from Staffordshire to see Dr Fiona Lewis for my vulval issue, as I’d heard she was very good with vulval issues. I was so disappointed- she was so dismissive and patronising. I subsequently thought as she was so dismissive, that there must be nothing wrong with me- after all she’s the expert! A year later my issue was correctly diagnosed as vulval lichen planus. It’s not even the misdiagnosis that’s so upsetting ( though that’s bad enough) it was her whole attitude toward me, after I had travelled such a long way

Having been referred to an nhs consultant but told that the wait could be up to a year, I went to see Meryl Glover, Specialist Hand Therapist, in the hope that she could help with my hand problem in the interim. Meryl was absolutely wonderful. Generous with her time and clearly very experienced in her field, she was pretty certain what my problem was immediately, although I have had multiple tests but no diagnosis. She explained to me how to help myself and made me a really good hand splint at no extra charge. This I have worn overnight and tried to apply what I was told and you would not recognise my now much more functional hand after 1 month. Wholeheartedly recommended.
