I made an appointment via Facebook for a week later! Tried on a variety of dresses some which were in a smaller size and some that were big. I was listened to and Michelle did her best to deliver what I was asking for and always delivered on showing me how I would look in those dresses! Although the dresses were what I visualised, something was missing. Michelle with her experience threw in a wild card dress. It totally floored me, and confused me as I hadn’t thought about wearing a dress like that! I went home that day and spent the whole week thinking.. I then came to realisation that, that was the dress! Thankyou Wonderful staff and great experience!

Amazing experience from start to finish! I called up and explained I had a ball next month I was apprehensive, as I had left it very late notice so was not sure they would be able to help. They found me a slot the next day, even keeping the shop open so I could come in after work. When I was arrived i was welcomed and was given time and space to choose as many dresses as I liked to try on. The lady spent time helping me and I did not feel rushed at all. I found the perfect dress and was given advice on the next steps! Could not be more grateful for the service I received.

This shop literally saved my wedding day! Unfortunately my original dress got ruined by a seamstress 12 days before my wedding. I rung Bridal Emporium and they kindly squeezed me in with 15 minutes notice!! I cannot remember the lady's name who assisted me but she was a amazing! She put me at ease, knew what I wanted and she was honest and fun! The one on one service I received was out of this world. The store then went out of their way to get me another appointment the following day as I couldn't decide between two beautiful dresses. The man who greeted me was a super friendly and was aware of my situation and already gave me alteration options (I came in at 9am and he had already thought of a plan!?) Their in house seamstress pinned me in that day and my dress is ready to pick up 4 days before my wedding. Originally I was a little unsure if I would find anything as the shop window wasn't my usual style. But the dresses they have are truly stunning and any bride to be will be sure to find their dream dress. Thank you so much to those three members of staff! The service you have provided is amazing and I'm so grateful.

I was quite nervous about this experience as getting married was never my thing and certainly not buying a big wedding dress haha but Zoe made me feel really comfortable and it was actually really really easy to find the one which I was surprised I didn’t think I ever would but I did!! Thanks girls loved the experience and I’m excited to get married :) and also upon purchasing my dress I got a little gift bag it was so cute had a glass of Prosecco and a lovely smelling candle look forward to seeing you again for my first fitting !

Hi Rachael, I just wanted to say thank you again for today. It was everything I hoped for. Just never thought it would happen. You made me feel so comfortable and completely at ease. I can’t believe I found the one! That feeling that everyone tells you, you’ll get when you find the dress, they are right but I’m not sure they often find someone as accommodating, supportive and as patient as you. I said yes to the dress here yesterday - we had planned to go to another shop in Exeter but when we arrived it was closed as you can imagine we were very disappointed - we found this shop and asked if they could fit us in which they did. I was quite anxious and Jenny made me feel so relaxed, I was able to try on as many dresses as I liked and we took lots of photos. One dress made me smile and I knew it was the one. So glad the other store was closed lol - thank you so much for everything x
