Where to start?! Honestly had the best experience trying on so many beautiful wedding dresses and being able to say yes to the dress! Megan and Naomi made me feel so comfortable, they were so friendly and knowledgable, nothing was too much trouble, re-trying on dresses to trialing it with a veil, just helped so much towards making my decision. Also, personal touches with my name on the welcome board and a thank you gift bag full of goodies. This bridal shop is stunning, with so much attention to detail and nothing is too much trouble for Charlotte when it comes to helping find your perfect dress. I absolutely loved trying on dresses, and loved that most dresses sit within a similar price bracket making it easier to find the dress you love without worrying about budget! Of all the dress shops I tried, I had the best experience here and didn’t feel pressured to rush a decision. I’ve just picked up my dress which I’m so pleased with, very comfy and elegant too! Charlotte made me feel very comfortable and really listened to my likes and dislikes - and respected them but also made helpful suggestions and things I would never have thought of. I ended up leaving the shop with a dress I wouldn't have originally picked myself but is absolutely stunning! The shop itself is beautiful with an amazing choice of dresses and accessories, and lovely fitting area. The gift bag, and recommendations for seamstresses was also really appreciated. I had the most magical, memorable time getting my wedding dress thanks to this shop!

Couldn't have been better! I came here to shop for my birdesmaid dresses because I'd seen something online that they kept stock of. When it came to emailing them initially they responded really quickly and answered any questions I had. They were really helpful and advised us places to park, have lunch etc as we're from out of the area. When we arrived the shop was lovely and Charlotte was too. I really liked that they only had one appointment at a time so it wasn't busy. They were really accommodating to everyone and made sure we were all very happy and comfortable. The variety of dresses they have was fantastic so there is definitely something for everyone. I would really recommend this shop as it really was a lovely experience for us all, and they work so hard to make it stress free. Thank you Charlotte for all your help!

After an awful experience of dress shopping at another bridal shop I entered the bridal dress company feeling miserable and I didn’t think I would ever find a dress. From making time with a last minute appointment to finding the perfect dress my experience here was second to none! Charlotte was personal and talked of her own experiences getting married. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was being too fussy. Charlotte gave me all the space I needed but offered her expertise to ensure not only was the experience memorable but I also found the one!
