I had my first appointment a couple of days ago to try on a specific dress that I couldn't get anywhere else in the UK. I travelled with my Mum from Hertfordshire to visit Suzanne and Charlotte and it was well worth it. Both Suzanne and Charlotte made this day super special with their support, excitement and suggestions. The appointment was so easy and I found my perfect dress. I can't thank them enough and I am already so excited to come back and have my fittings.

Long post but PLEASE read. I really can't thank Suzanne enough when I was in time of need.Already having one dress from another shop that I was fitted for but when it arrived it was to small and it was a nightmare with the shop and only having 3weeks left time was not on my side, I text The Brial Boutique at 3am and Suzanne replied at 7.30 the same morning, I told her of my experience with my other dress and she was gobsmacked. She told me to go to her shop which she even offered to keep the shop open until I could get there as i was at work ,(as I was about 1hour drive away). On that same day I had found my dream dress it was like my fairy godmother had came to my rescue. I can't thank Suzanne enough for her time and how she guided me through my day giving me tips being a1st bride, I connected with Suzanne as soon as I walked through her beautiful shop I will never forget this lady and how she helped me through my darkest days when I thought everything was about to fall apart ,my dream day came and I felt so special in my beautiful wedding dress and everybody said how beautiful it was . Thank you so much to Suzanne and Charlotte for helping me say “yes to the dress” both myself and mum where welcomed into the boutique with open arms and warm smiles. The ladies showed me around the stores dresses letting me pick out as many as I wanted and took the time to make me feel comfortable and special while trying each one on. They gave great advice and made my mum feel a big part of the process too! They allowed me to leave and think about the dress with no pressure at all before I made my final decision Suzanne took the time to call and answer any questions I had which gave a sense of calm in such a busy time! The whole experience from start to finish was just amazing with no pressure and as much time as I needed to find the right dress for me! I couldn’t recommend the bridal boutique enough I was lucky enough to have Charlotte who did my fittings and she was amazing, from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left she made me feel so comfortable and kept reassuring me how amazing I looked in the dresses as I was nervous about how I looked in them as I am a slightly curvier bride so lots of parts I am not comfortable with. She made sure to listen to everything that I was after and the dress I have chosen just happened to be a dress she had suggested that at first I wasn’t sure on but I instantly fell in love with the minute I put it on. I think an amazing personal touch was also the fact that she remembered small details about me during conversation so when her mum asked where I worked the second visit she new exactly what to say which I thought was really sweet. Thank you so much guys I look forward to showing off my dress and letting people know exactly where I got it from 😊😊
