I first met Jon when he was working out of the Dry Cleaner's on Brentford High Street and gave him dozens of sets of keys to cut and pairs of shoes to fix over the course of a few years. When we were opening The Factory (Duke of London's then new home on Catherine Wheel Road) I begged him to come on board as I was in awe of his talent and workmanship. Fast forward almost four years, it has been an incredible journey and I still used Jon's services weekly, predominantly for repairs of shoes for both my partner and I: Louboutin heels (they're hers, honest), Gucci loafers, Crocketts, Red Wings etc. and he always does a phenomenal job. A true local artisan who deserves every success and protecting at all costs! Brentford would be worse off without him
