Over the last few weeks I have not been impressed by the bread and butter thing. This is because some of my food I have been given has been mouldy, one week I was to early for my food. For this I was happy to wait for ware I was until pick up time but not the group, they kept on forcing me to do things like go into the building which was no warmer than outside. I have also not been impressed by some of the staff because every time I do TBBT I always order the same thing which is a vegetarian blue bag. For the last three times I have been after paying I have always got a different ticket. One week blue another week hand written cut out and another week yellow. Once I asked the people at the van for a blue bag and they did not have a clue what I was on about.

I appreciate what they are trying to do hear but everything I got was either already out of date or went out of date the next day, so 90% went in the bin, which made me feel guilty. And noway to get in touch to let them know.
