I have to be honest and say I had high expectations from reading other people's reviews and experiences but unfortunately my Hollywood wax wasn't as hair-free and pain-free like others had experienced. I initially explained my experience with waxing and made it known that this would be the 3rd time for me and my previous experience was painful with other salons hence why I chose them (as I thought they would've been more mindful) but I don't think the lady quite acknowledged what I was saying as she was just pulling hard wax off my pubic area.. (agony much) As we finished she did point out that not all of the hair came off as some hairs were more difficult to which I said that was fine because I assumed it would just be the few stubborn ones. I got home and checked and noticed some areas were missed and it was 'more than a few hairs' that were left behind. For those that say they were completely hair-free.. I'm begining to wonder if those people actually check after a Brazilian or Hollywood or maybe it is because each of our hairs are different? As some are stronger or finer than others but in my case I have very strong hair in general. However the ladies were lovely and patient, I just wished my Hollywood wax was as hair & pain free as others said in these reviews.
