The waiter put our bill as 5000 instead of £50 and blocked our card. We still were made to pay our full bill even through we can no longer use the card and the person we spoke to about this tried to accuse us of trying to get out of paying Infront of the children. This lady was called Audree. Rudest server I've ever experienced and was publicly embarrassed by her. Ruined our family day out. Absolutely fuming

SO disappointing! Arrived at 5.30 on a Sunday. Ordered some wine then decided on food only to be told all roast had been sold out! Apparently a pre ordered large table had taken it all (surely pre ordered table is already known?). Ordered a burger and steak and ale pie instead. Food of such a poor quality. Burnt mash and cheapest of coleslaw to say the least. Your only saving grace is your run ragged staff. Guess as you have a captured audience being near an airport you don't need to focus too much on quality. Such a shame as I remember fondly of a Beefeater as a child.
