Food & drinks: I visited the bowling green yesterday and enjoyed a lovely meal, however I returned today excited to try out the roast dinner. To my surprise it was awful, the beef was dry, the carrots were like a purée as if I was eating baby food, they had a vinegar taste to them! The mashed potatoes didn’t taste to good either, a cross between garlic and onions! With 2 peices of dry cauliflower. Safe to say I will not be retuning for a roast dinner! Shame really as the day before was lovely!
