I ordered a few items for a holiday last month. After a week of waiting I didn’t even receive a despatch notice, tried to contact via email/social media and no reply so I done a chargeback on my credit card - then I miraculously got a call back. It’s such a shame as I’d love to order lots from this shop but there are way too many bad reviews - all with the same story.

Order 29576 was returned and signed for by Jade on 5th July 2022. Still waiting. Its now 30 days since you have had the item back and still no contact whatsoever. Could you make contact/refund. This is well over your 14 days. Thank you for issuing the refund, however, this has now been a week and I have not received the payment. Can you please confirm when I can expect the money back?

Order #29806 I ordered for the first time early July, I had an email to say dresses were on the way but never got to me. I was to quick to write a negative review as it had nothing to do with the Boutique and everything to do with the couriers. Anyway, Julie got to the bottom of it and was really kind and helpful. The customer service was 5 stars.

UPDATE: Received a very prompt text message from Julie, returned my item and received my refund very quickly. Thank you 😊. I will buy here again. Received an incorrect item. Sent email, Waiting for contact to advise how to return, not at my cost. No answer on phone number, website says use web chat, there isn’t one. Hope to hear soon then I can update my review if sorted efficiently.
