I went in thinking I wanted one thing and came out with something completely different but it is perfect and I'm so pleased. No pushy sales talk at all, they just wanted to make sure it was right. She was an absolute joy to work with – she quickly understood my style and preferences, and was able to provide thoughtful and insightful advice every step of the way. Sam had a great eye for detail and actually picked out my dress. It was a style that I had overlooked when browsing, but she knew that it would be perfect for me. I received the dress on time and the fit was impeccable and the quality was top-notch. Sam later helped me select the perfect accessories to complement my dress too. Overall, I cannot recommend this bridal shop enough. The quality is fantastic and the service is amazing. Such a great selection of dresses and brilliant prices, lovely staff and the wine bar next door is such a dream! I brought my two childhood best friends in for back to back appointments and Sam and Sue where so accommodating and made it such a fun and enjoyable experience. Both my friends have very different styles and there was such a varied selection for them both - not to mention what great prices the gowns are. One of my friends ended up finding her dream dress and Sam and Sue made it such a positive experience, there was no pressure, they allowed us time to video call her Mam back in Ireland and let her show her the two dresses she was deciding between. They even went and brought the bubbly in from the wine bar next door to toast. I am also a bride and have been to a lot of boutiques in London and can say that this was definitely one of the most positive experiences I have had - really recommend. Can't wait to go back with my friend for her fittings.
