Walking the Test Valley Way, we came upon someone holding a takeaway coffee, so asked her where she'd got it - and she directed us to this lovely cafe and shop. It had only reopened the day before! Good coffee and really first-class cake - highly recommended for walkers, cyclists and everyone else. Lovely location by the cricket field (hence the name).

Not as good as it used to be, and often low on essentials like bread. Otherwise a social hub for the village and a vital service.
