Completely let my 4 year old down today, was supposed to deliver before 10am, called them at 10am for an update - said he would call me back, didn't. Called again at 11am - said he would call me back, DIDNT. Then he ignored my calls and then cowardly TEXT me saying driver had an accident. Suprisingly I dont believe the story I believe it to be lies after his poor and lack of communication! Never had good feelings about this company with how booking was taken, wish I had gone else where in the beginning, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Been using this company for over a month on a weekly basis and can’t fault a thing every week they send a different castle. No work for us other than watching our customers enjoy themselves they deliver install and then pack it away booked with them throughout the summer and for some special events. Never given a reason to look elsewhere

Good bunch of lads that dropped the entertainment off. Good communication with them in the build up to our event. Everything arrived promptly & set up with minimal fuss. Kids (& adults) had a great party. Would recommend 🙌👍 🏰

This company should be in jail, the way they behaved around my 7 year old daughter and her friends is sickening, I had to throw them out of my garden without bouncy castle being being hired and my daughter spent the day crying

I booked the hello kitty bouncy castle for my daughters birthday party. When the castle was opened up it was absolutely filthy. Caked in mud all over it. Couldn’t actually believe how dirty it was. The guy who dropped it off was lovely and very apologetic and did his very best to clean it. But it was still really dirty and wet. Even after cleaning the kids came off it black and covered in mud. Unfortunately there wasn’t an alternative castle and there wasn’t the time to contact other company’s for a different castle as children for the party was due to arrive soon. Really disappointed and won’t be using the company again or recommending.

Booked from this company and never turned up. When I phone to see where my hire was, the guy on the phone said he will ring the driver. Was abit rude on the phone as well. He never phone back, was ignoring our phone calls, my daughter birthday ruined cos of this company. Stay away please
