    Seriously I have been with this surgery for 15 years, the patient care has deteriorated dramatically in the last few months. They have emerged with other surgeries which is obvious that the work load is too much...no forward thinking!! The receptionists have become rude and obviously stressed this has been obvious as they sigh, huff and puff in front of the patients, extremely unprofessional!!!

    The GP's are very good, no doubt but the admin / Management team are appalling. On a few occasions, I have struggled to get my point across with the admin / Management. Recently my name was cut off from the surgery as we up sticks to Huddersfield. I have no issues with this as I knew at some point I have to move my surgery but they did it without making me aware. The GP practice has been careless of my rights or feelings as I had an an appointment booked with the GP for later in the month and they didn't think I should be made aware of it in advance. There were several tests taken for me in Feb/ Mar 2023 and I only needed 1 appointment with the GP I have been dealing with to discuss my health before moving over. The practice has been thoughtless and rude by their actions.

    Needs shutting down everytime I try call there's 80+ people calling u never can get through on time and when u do they will forward u to another doctors it's a joke what happened to nhs PATIENTS WERE GETTING TRET DIFFRENT

    I’ve been with this practice for 2 years and I have never been able to see a doctor and all interaction with reception staff has been less than appalling. After waiting number 54+ in the queue on several occasions on the morning for a same day doctors appointment, I’ve either been cut off or told that I’ll receive a call. The calls have never come on the day booked. I recently requested a medical record for a holiday abroad which was agreed to with a receptionist. I got radio silence from the mailbox after asking when a convenient time to collect would be and was unable to take my medication due to incompetent staff. I’ve now gone private to ensure that I can speak to a doctor when unwell.

    Worst surgery ever... Me and my husband were kicked out and then hubby got really unwell because his medicine had run out.diabetics It was all their fault. They don't have the dignity to give a warning pre hand that oh you're getting kicked out of the surgery. In my POV it is the worst surgery ever

    I've had a terrible time with this surgery. An unknown Doctor has stopped 3 of my medications without ever speaking, consulting or informing me of such. The only way I found out that my meds had been stopped was when I went to pick up my monthly repeat prescription and noticed that the item's were missing. I then had to waste time at the reception asking as to why they weren't there and the answer I got back was that the Dr had stopped them, no explanation or anything. I then had to get another Doctor from a different surgery to contact the Boulevard and tell them that what they had do e was disgraceful and to put me back on my meds. He refused , so I made a complaint to the surgery, that was over 5 months ago and they still haven't answered my complaint. I'm now in the process of getting my local MP Involved. These doctors are a disgrace and should be struck off by the medical Council.
