We had a lovely family lunch here today (bank holiday Monday). Staff were friendly and assertive. It wasn’t at all busy but I think they would get a lot more custom if they reduce the deposit per person to £5 rather than £10. It makes it much easier for those splitting a bill with others too.

Lovely place to go for drink before a meal but couldn't spend an evening there as drinks are very expensive which is such a shame ! Could do with alot more special offers esp with other competitors nearby!

Has a lovely evening the staff were amazing we started with the roasted camembert and bread and olives very good start to the meal and enjoyed it very much as our main we chose the meat platter this is where the quality seemed to fall away the iron steak and the chicken skewers were cooked to perfection but we had pigs in blankets which tasted foul as we're clearly deep fat fried straight from frozen the pulled pork lollipop was bland and tasteless again clearly deep fat fried to and inch of it's life and the pork belly chucks again tasted of nothing not even a pinch of salt for seasoning ver poor and disappointing one step up from weatherspoons I'm afraid then the bill came which we were more than happy to pay and we did even though we had a mysterious 4pound outside food charge which we were told was the charge for pigs in blankets which we never asked for but also is stated at 3 pounds on the menu. Lovely evening just not great and again would say one step up from weatherspoons.

In all honesty very disappointing food was barely warm, staff didn't have any knowledge of the drinks or food they were serving, seats were uncomfortable and felt like if you say back they might fall apart, I've given 2 stars as is a nice location and could be excellent but not this time

Had a lovely lunch, food great and service excellent. Decor great Only horror, and it was a horror, was the gaggles of shrieking girls' Next time we will ring to ensure there are no wedding parties. Why do they have to behave like that? Recently visited your Knutsford branch. Much more sophisticated. We apologise for the mistake. The Knutsford restaurant is called 'Botanics'. Very similar decor and menu, Would still come back as we enjoyed it very much.
